Marry Waterson – the beguiling folk singer and daughter of inimitable Bright Phoebus songwriter Lal Waterson performs alongside producer of her third album Two Wolves, Neill MacColl, son of folk legends Peggy Seeger and Ewan MacColl.
The singer-songwriter will play songs from her four critically acclaimed albums, The Days That Shaped Me (with Oliver Knight), Hidden (with Oliver Knight), Two Wolves (with David A Jaycock) and 2017’s lauded record Death Had Quicker Wings Than Love (with David A Jaycock), as well as a selection of a-cappella traditional folk songs.
The three-time BBC Folk Award nominee garnered praise from The Guardian, The Independent, Q, Mojo, Metro, fROOTS, R2 and Songlines for her latest collection of songs, which featured a plethora of notable collaborations with the likes of celebrated singer-songwriter Kathryn Williams, Romeo Stodart (The Magic Numbers), Emma Smith (The Elysian Quartet), John Parish (PJ Harvey) and was produced by Portishead’s Adrian Utley.
