Square Chapel presents
George Costigan in conversation with Willy Russell + Q&A
Sun 26 Nov, 7:30pm at Red Brick Auditorium
Willy Russell is best known as one of our most prolific and successful playwrights – ‘Blood Brothers’, ‘Educating Rita’ and ‘Shirley Valentine’ – but he is also a novelist, a singer, songwriter, painter and an accomplished musician. George Costigan, actor, writer and Square Chapel patron, has appeared in not only ‘Rita Sue and Bob, Too’ and ‘Happy Valley’ but on stage in Willy Russell’s ‘Blood Brothers’ and on film in ‘Shirley Valentine’.
We’re delighted to bring you this exclusive event.
Expect readings, stories a Q&A and much more!
Join Willy Russell and George Costigan after the Q&A for a book signing.
‘The Single Soldier‘ by George Costigan and ‘The Wrong Boy‘ by Willy Russell will be on sale at our Box Office, and the signing will take place after the Q&A in our Red Brick auditorium. Books will be supplied and sold by our partners, The Book Corner.
