“I expect you have been told fairytales before. But you have never really heard a fairytale  until you have heard it told by a real fairy.”

The theft of a single rose has monstrous consequences for Beauty and her father. Because this is no ordinary rose…and this is no ordinary fairytale.  Narrated by a pair of michievous fairies, a very helpful rabbit and a Thoughtsnatcher Machine, this timeless story will surprise, delight and enchant.

We follow Beauty as she reluctantly leaves her family home to meet the Beast in a story where things are not quite as they seem and love and kindness eventually conquers all.

Adapted for the stage by Lucy Kirkwood and first performed at The National Theatre in London, 2010, this stage play evokes old music hall with a beautiful set, captivating storytelling, compelling live action and some magical shadow play.

Coming hot on the heels of the new Disney film, this new production from Square Chapel and Beacon Actors is high quality, fresh, lively, engaging and hugely entertaining whilst still being true to the classic story – a perfect winter treat for your school!

Please note, these performances have been programmed especially for schools.  Some tickets may be available for non-school bookings (subject to availability) but seating is unreserved and schools will be given priority over seating.
