We employ a range of artists to deliver workshops and projects. All have experience of working with community groups and facilitating arts projects, and they bring with them excellent ideas, skills and experience. If you're an experienced community artist or theatre company looking to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.
Square Chapel receives an enormous amount of support from volunteers, who work in the box office, bar, office, and as ushers or technical support. Volunteering at Square Chapel provides a great opportunity to develop new skills and excellent work experience. It's also fun! In exchange for work volunteers often get to see performances for free. We welcome people to become volunteers on our arts outreach projects, and particularly encourage people from our target groups to get involved.
Creative Communities is delivered in partnership with verd de gris and Orangebox young people's centre.
We have also worked with a number of project partners over the years. Regular partners include Age UK, schools, Calderdale Music Hub, Calderdale Youth Services, Halifax Minster, Calderdale College, Orangebox, Calderdale Theatre School.
