She worked as an Outreach Officer for people with learning difficulties at Square Chapel from 2003 – 2009 and as Schools Liaison Officer from 2009 - 2011 before taking up her present post.

Kane Rattray, Arts Outreach Worker
Kane gained a BA (Hons) in Popular Music with Music Technology from the University of Derby in 2010. He joined Square Chapel as Young People's Involvement Worker in September 2010, before taking up his present post in 2011. Kane works as a freelance artist on the Write to Record project and has developed and managed the successful Routes Music Festival for young people in partnership with Orangebox young people’s centre, since 2013.

Artists
We employ a range of artists to deliver workshops and projects. All have experience of working with community groups and facilitating arts projects, and they bring with them excellent ideas, skills and experience. If you're an experienced community artist or theatre company looking to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteers
Square Chapel receives an enormous amount of support from volunteers, who work in the box office, bar, office, and as ushers or technical support. Volunteering at Square Chapel provides a great opportunity to develop new skills and excellent work experience. It's also fun! In exchange for work volunteers often get to see performances for free. We welcome people to become volunteers on our arts outreach projects, and particularly encourage people from our target groups to get involved.

Partners
We have worked with a number of project partners over the years. Regular partners include Age UK, schools, Calderdale Music Hub, Calderdale Youth Services, Halifax Minster, Calderdale College, Orangebox, Calderdale Theatre School.
