For most performances at Square Chapel you can now buy tickets online, using our link to Dig Yorkshire. Tickets are available to collect from Box Office and a booking fee of £2 per transaction will be charged unless otherwise stated (view the terms and conditions).

Payment methods

Major debit or credit cards are welcome. There is no booking fee. Tickets reserved must be paid for within five working days. Make cheques payable to Square Chapel Trust. We sell and accept Theatre Tokens.

Concessions and discounts

If you are a full time student, disabled, unwaged, a pensioner or a Passport to Leisure holder you can enjoy tickets at the concession price shown. Please bring evidence of your entitlement when collecting your tickets and when you come to a performance, as we may ask to see it. Friends of Square Chapel can enjoy 10% off the ticket price of our promoted events. Children aged 3 and under are free if sitting on someone's lap depending on the age suitablility of the show.

Group bookings

At evening performances, groups of ten people or more can have an extra 10% discount off each full or concessionary priced ticket paid for.

Schools performances

For schools performances, accompanying teachers receive one free ticket for every ten tickets paid for (11 for the price of 10). Tickets are usually reserved for up to five working days, but we are happy to give you more time to confirm numbers. Your school or college can be invoiced for payment if preferred.

Family tickets

A family is considered to comprise of a group of four people including at least one adult and one child.

Refunds

If you are unable to attend a performance for which you hold a ticket we will refund the cost, less a handling fee of £1 per ticket, provided that the ticket is returned no less than two full working days before the event.

Seating plan

All seats at Square Chapel are priced equally, but seats are allocated — take a look at the seating plan. Most shows have reserved seats but for some shows seats are unreserved. Customers will be notified when booking.
